Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation Window: Room cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the standard check-in time will incur no cancellation fee.

  • Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s room charge plus applicable taxes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total booking charge.

  • Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates: Bookings made under special promotional offers, festive packages, or designated non-refundable rates cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Banquet & Group Bookings: Special cancellation policies apply to event hall reservations and group bookings (5 rooms or more). Cancellation schedules for banquets are detailed in the specific event contract.

  • Modifications & Date Changes: Request to change stay dates is subject to room availability and any rate differential. Date changes requested within 24 hours of check-in will be treated as a new booking and late cancellation fees will apply.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, written notification must be sent to resv@katriyahotel.com with the booking confirmation number, or processed directly through the online portal where the reservation was created.
